Professional Engineers

Eli Yagor, P.E.—Principal and founder of the company, with over thirty-two years experience in all facets of electrical power and control systems engineering, as well as project engineering and management. A graduate of Cornell University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, his experience covers industrial power distribution, generation and control systems; utility generation, transmission and distribution systems, and electrical systems for institutional facilities. Eli is a registered electrical engineer in California, Texas, Hawaii, and New Jersey.

Gary Carr, P.E.—Thirty-nine years of broadly diversified experience in the design of electrical power, control, and mechanical systems, testing and commissioning, and operation and maintenance of process and production facilities. A graduate of the US Naval Nuclear Power and Nuclear Submarine Program, his skills development and scope of knowledge have been significantly enriched by working in a variety of industries, world-wide, that included petroleum production and refining, power and cogeneration plants, mining and minerals processing, chemical plants, bio-technology plants, agricultural-biotechnology facilities, and nuclear power plants. Gary is a registered electrical engineer in California.

Solomon Laigo, P.E.—Over thirty five years experience in all facets of electrical power and control systems engineering. A graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology, Philippines, his experience covers electrical and instrumentation design engineering, field commissioning and start-up of industrial process, power and utility generation facilities, including PLC and DCS based systems. Sol is a registered electrical engineer in California and in the Philippines.

Uri Sela, P.E.—Forty years experience in many facets of rotating equipment engineering, which includes selection of cost effective process machinery, commissioning and troubleshooting of rotating equipment in domestic and overseas plants, design of machinery protection systems, and analysis of machinery systems. A graduate of the City College of New York and New Jersey Institute of Technology, Uri is a registered Mechanical Engineer in California and New Jersey.

Thomas G. McGuinness, P.E.—Over thirty-two years of diverse experience in process development and design, process machinery applications, engineering management and project management. Tom has been an employee and an associate for nearly fifteen years. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Tom is a registered Mechanical Engineer in California and New Mexico.
